Mullein

Mullein Flower is very beneficial and useful in most conditions that affect the respiratory system.
Known to tone the mucous membranes, while stimulating fluid production which facilitates expectoration, Mullein is widely considered a staple where bronchitis is concerned! Its anti-inflammatory and demulcent properties suggest that it is helpful with tracheal inflammation and associated conditions.
Externally an extract can be made with olive oil which helps to sooth and heal inflamed surfaces.
